A lunch of Mackerel and Brown Rice Balls with a soup of Carrot, Spring Onion and Cabbage with fresh cucumber and string beans for mini-detox days at home. I had a huge bag of rambutan after breakfast because there is always room for more fresh fruit, so a light lunch was called for.
